Scope

This privacy policy applies to the corporate website agramarket.fr, operated by AgraMarket SARL ("AgraMarket", "we"). This site is purely informational: it presents the company and the GrainBoard product. No account creation, login or payment takes place on this website.

The GrainBoard platform itself is operated on a separate domain (grainboard.pro) and has its own privacy policy, which covers account data, subscription billing and product analytics for logged-in users.

We use Fathom Analytics to measure aggregate traffic on this website (page views, referrers, country at the country level). This website does not have a registration form, login, subscription form or contact form. If you send us an email at contact@agramarket.fr, we will process your email address and the content of your message for the sole purpose of responding to your request.

2. Why We Process Your Data

We share data with the following processors only:

  • OVH SAS — website hosting (Roubaix, France).
  • Fathom Analytics — privacy-focused website analytics.
  • PostHog — product analytics (EU-hosted infrastructure).

We do not sell personal data and we do not share data with advertisers. We may disclose data if required by law or court order.

4. Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

  • Server logs — 12 months maximum.
  • Fathom analytics — aggregated, anonymous; retained per Fathom's data retention settings.
  • PostHog analytics — pseudonymous event data; retained per PostHog's data retention settings.
  • Email correspondence — retained as long as necessary to handle the exchange and any follow-up.
